Men and women who are insurance-company clients with medical coverage.
Men and women similar to those who left leads on the medical center's website.
Men and women who, due to age, may have inflammation and injuries and are wary of surgery.

The triggers (what hooks the patient's pain point and drives the desired action — booking) were "treatment without surgery" and "pain relief after the first session". Messages and site-traffic ads on Facebook generated the most clicks and inbound leads.
